equipped gym diverse options
I found the gym to be quite excellent with its equipment and city view. The breakfast was also AMAZING!!! I especially liked the diverse options available and the excellent quality. Everything was modern and clean.

I secured a room upgrade to the Signature Executive King. The room featured a large seating area. It includes a sofa that converts into a super single bed. I loved the bathroom with separate sinks and a large bathtub.
The in-room entertainment options are limited. The selection includes only one HBO channel (which is not much).

the staff was friendly, and amazing.
The pool towels were small and not really absorbent. the pool area also lacks sun coverage during the morning. i expected better towels for the price.

The location was GREAT and near the train station. Friendly staff provided modern facilities. The bed offered much comfort.
I asked for a room UPGRADE and was not given one. I requested late checkout and was granted only one hour. There was no amenity without me ASKING for it.

great variety breakfast attentive staff unbeatable location slow check-in manual door corridor dirty carpet
i found the breakfast had a great variety. the staff were attentive in every department. the location was unbeatable as it was next to chinatown.
I was disappointed in the slow check-in. the corridors to the rooms had manual doors. cleanliness was not up to par in my room. Dirty carpets being one example.

lush urban escape
friendly personnel large room green facade
the staff greeted me warmly at arrival the room was large it featured a comfortable king-size bed the greenery adorning the facade was visually fine it added a natural feel. i liked the pool area i spent a relaxing afternoon there the water was refreshing it was a peaceful escape from the city heat.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet it was near the desk it didn't significantly affect my stay.

the hotel is near many local attractions i found convenient access to china town there were lovely restaurants nearby also the mrt station clarke quay is a short walk this made getting around very easy.

my urban beautiful king room was spacious the king bed was very comfortable i enjoyed views from my window the smart tv offered many entertainment options the air conditioning worked efficiently maintaining a good temperature.

the personnel were very friendly they addressed my questions swiftly housekeeping kept the room clean i appreciated their attentiveness to detail there was a slight delay in getting extra water bottles but it was resolved.
